Matt Gutierrez

Transformation Coach

Matt Gutierrez is the lead pastor of Discover Church in San Antonio, Texas. He is happily married to Ursula Gutierrez and is a proud father of two children, Miriam, age 10, and Israel, age 7. 

Matt began his journey in vocational ministry at the young age of 17 and has had the privilege of serving in some of the largest churches in America. Since the founding of Discover Church in 2020, the congregation

 has experienced remarkable growth, expanding to over 900 attendees across two locations in just 4.5 years.

In addition to his pastoral role, Matt serves as Sectional Presbyter for the South Texas District of the Assemblies of God and is an active leader and coach for the Church Multiplication Network. He excels in fostering

 relational connections and is passionate about building healthy, God-centered relationships within the community.
