Patrick Norris is a dynamic transformation coach with over 35 years of experience helping individuals navigate emotional, behavioral, and relational change. As the founding visionary behind Red Ink Revival, Patrick has pioneered a coaching platform that delivers deep mental and behavioral transformation through group dynamics and personalized one-on-one experiences.

His expertise spans a diverse clientele, including professional athletes, movie and TV actors, pastors, business executives, and families, as well as individuals facing everyday life challenges. Patrick’s unique approach blends theological depth, modern psychology, and neurobiological insights, equipping high-achievers with emotional intelligence, resilience, and leadership skills for lasting success.

A seasoned leader, Patrick has ministered globally for over three decades, serving as a Lead Pastor, keynote speaker, and Bible teacher in churches, conferences, and Bible colleges. His formal training and certification with the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP)—under the mentorship of Dr. Patrick Carnes—established him as a leader in compulsive behavior recovery, where he specializes in porn and sexual addiction. He later became a supervisor to other professionals in the field.

Patrick’s coaching philosophy is rooted in helping individuals make sense of their stories, uncovering the historical drivers behind present struggles, and guiding them toward wholeness and high performance in their personal and professional lives.

He is married to Tina, his wife of over 34 years, and together they have two adult sons and a daughter-in-law. A Kansas City native, Patrick enjoys all things KC—including Royals baseball, Chiefs football, and legendary barbecue.
