Todd Powers

Todd Powers is the Founder and President of Empower International (2002) and Empower Children’s Education Foundation (2021). Todd is a respected Bible teacher, a pastor to leaders, and leads a multi-national organization.

Since 1985, while holding various Christian Ministry positions, Todd has gained experience in missions, leadership, pastoral care, business administration, leadership training, and Bible instruction. Todd has earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree and Master of Religious Education degree. He has also earned a diploma in Biblical Studies and World Missions. He holds ministerial credentials with Victory Leadership Network.

Todd has engaged in Christian Ministry and Humanitarian Projects in over 70 countries. Empower International has established ministry bases in Thailand, Myanmar, Pakistan, and the USA. The primary focus of Empower International is leadership development, church planting, Bible schools, mission training, evangelism, children’s education, and humanitarian aid.

Todd has been married to his wife Julie since July 1983. Together, they have two beautiful daughters and three grandchildren.
